Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Work may be paused for overdue accounts
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified methods

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund of any deposits minus reasonable administrative costs
• During a Project: Prorated refund based on work completed
• Monthly Services: No refund for the current billing period; service will continue until period end

Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information you share with us. Similarly, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methods, processes, or pricing information we share with you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
