Do you require long-term contracts?
Foundation and Growth packages are month-to-month—cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Premium requires a 3-month minimum, and Enterprise requires 6 months due to the extensive customization and dedicated resources involved.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Monthly fees include platform access, maintenance, support, reporting, and all the services listed in each tier. Usage costs (SMS, email, AI) are billed separately based on actual usage—you only pay for what you use.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario and Alberta?
While we specialize in Ontario and Alberta markets (we understand the local business landscape), we work with Canadian businesses in all provinces. Contact us to discuss your needs.
