Lead Flow North was born from a shared frustration. Satyadeep Singh, a developer who had built digital solutions for businesses of all sizes, and Naveen Gangishetty, who spent 15 years consulting for enterprise giants like Dell, Genpact, and government organizations, both saw the same problem: small businesses were getting left behind.

Naveen's journey took him from technical support at Genpact, to sales expertise at Dell, to consulting roles at the College of Saint Rose, Supervek, Belairdirect, and Service Canada. Along the way, he learned what makes organizations succeed—and what makes them fail. The answer was always the same: systems that actually work for real people.

Meanwhile, Deep was building websites and marketing systems, watching small business owners struggle with agencies that delivered pretty designs but zero results. They'd pay thousands for a website, then wonder why their phone never rang.

In 2019, the two connected and realized they had complementary skills: Deep's technical expertise and Naveen's enterprise-level operational knowledge. Together, they could bring Fortune 500 marketing systems to Main Street businesses—at prices that made sense.
